In 2018, we desired to bring the Bean Pie to Stanislaus County. The World-Famous Bean Pie had become a dessert enjoyed throughout the United States introduced by The Nation of Islam in the 1960’s. 

Through months of experimenting, we finally arrived at the amazing Bean Pie we sell today. Along the way, we shared our pie with consumers for their critique.  

We soon realized how we were following the instructions of The Honorable Elijah Muhammad by pooling our resources and starting a business of our own.

In September 2018, we became “Brotha’s Baked Goods, Brothers United Doing 4 Self”. In the beginning, we sold our pies throughout California’s, Central Valley. The Bean Pie is our staple product, but we have added lemon pie, and variety of cheese pies.
